Just like everyone else, I waited until the first big storm to turn on my heater and discover it was flagging. Jeff and Lamar got to me promptly and fixed the heater in about 15 minutes with a new capacitor. He could have easily sold me a new motor - honest business! Great work.

When I called, I was asking to have a technician to come out and check our furnace in order to put us on their schedule. We have a relatively small window of time in which to get the repair performed. When Jeff arrived, he came with the motor needed for our old furnace and got us up and running.

Jeff is a super star. I have always felt I can get a good feel for the character and quality of a person. When I called Just Right to come out and look at my AC, they told me it was in rough shape and quoted me a $800 fix for two parts. I could tell even talking with their service guy that something was off. When I found Jones Heating and Air and spoke with Jeff on the phone to get a second opinion, I knew immediately he is a stand up guy who is honest, has integrity, and stands by his work. When he came by to look at my AC unit, it confirmed everything I felt. He was honest about what he was seeing, he educated me on how my system works and how to maintain it, and made me feel like my time was well spent. It turns out our unit is in great shape, parts weren’t needed, and Just Right wanted to scare us into an unnecessary large purchase. This was even after I had told their tech we just got home from the hospital with our firstborn, which makes wanting to rip us off feel that much more disgusting. Thanks for saving us, Jeff! It feels like a dying breed at times, finding an honest and knowledgeable technician. But Jeff is one of the good ones! He has a life long costumer in us.

Terry came and fixed our air conditioner today. The service was great I couldn't believe how quickly they came. I have health issues and no one could appreciate it as much as I do. Thank you!

Called Jeff late afternoon. He was at my place the next morning. He diagnosed and explained thoroughly the problem as well as possible solutions. The option I chose was taken care of in a very professional, and timely manner. Their employees are extremely efficient and courteous. Upon completion of the project, Dion Jones went over, in detail, all of the work which had been accomplished. I highly recommend this company, Jeff, and Dion.
