“Woke up and had no heat, gave these guys a call, and they dispatched someone as soon as they could. Jeff ended up coming out later that day and had everything fixed in about 30 minutes, even though it was what I consider to be hard to troubleshoot the issue as the furnace was sometimes working. “BUSTED! Jeff is as honest as the day is long. After fixing my AC unit in record time I told him about my wife’s evil stepmother who lives a block away. She was being told by a competitor who shall remain nameless (ACTION PLUMBING AND HEATING) that she needed a new unit and they would be back in 5 days to install it. Jeff said he doubted that but was willing to go have a look. Jeff pulled the panel and within the first 30 seconds says I see the problem, I have the part on my truck I’ll have it up and working in just a few minutes. The problem was a bad capacitor and one of the 2 fuses was bad. Jeff replaced fuses and capacitor and within 10 minutes and $200, later system was up and running beautifully. It has continued so for the last 3 weeks now. That honesty saved our family exactly $5224.00. The action was more than happy to charge us $5424 for a brand new unit that wasn’t necessary. Evil stepmother couldn’t believe it because the Salesman dressed as a technician was so nice. I explained to her that of course, he was nice, he was about to scam you for over $5000. He’s not going to come across as a scumbag criminal (which is exactly what he is) when he’s about to get a payday. I can’t thank Jeff enough. I highly recommend these guys. Prompt, reasonable, dependable, and HONEST.”

Our A/C compressor died last Friday evening (mid-July with daytime temps above 100). In spite of being in the midst of their very busy season, Lamar answered the phone Saturday morning on the first ring and Jeff was at our house within 2 hours! He quickly assessed the problem, gave us options, and confirmed with Lennox that the part was under warranty. It shipped Monday from California and was installed today (Wednesday)!! “They were able to come on very short notice (within two hours). The correct problems were identified quickly. The tech did not have all the required replacement parts on hand, so there was a mid-repair excursion required for the parts. Kudos for the tech hustling to get the needed parts; boo for not having some pretty standard parts on hand. The tech cleaned the internals of the furnace as well….”
